RaceGLIDES
street/strip transmissions are
unconditionally warranted for 90 days
from date of invoice. Race transmissions
are warranted for 30 days from date of
invoice. A copy of the invoice must
accompany all warranty claims. Only if
RaceGLIDES is informed of a problem
associated with the product within the
applicable warranty period and evidence
is provided of the date of purchase will
RaceGLIDES be obligated to honour this
warranty.
RaceGLIDES warrants that
during the warranty period it will repair
or replace any defective part/s due to
workmanship or material. The buyer is
responsible for shipping and handling
costs associated with the return of
defective product.
Warranty of transmissions
is limited to replacement of all friction
materials, seals and gaskets. Additional
charges will be incurred if the
transmission failure has been determined
to be caused by improper installation,
abuse or misuse, improper cooling or low
transmission fluid level or through
unauthorised repairs. Removal or
replacement costs, transmission oil,
shipping and handling costs associated
with warranty obligations are the
buyers’ responsibility. DAMAGE TO
RELATED COMPONENTS OR EQUIPMENT OR COST
INCURRED DUE TO DOWNTIME OF VEHICLE IS
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND
UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY WHETHER IN TORT
CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE SHALL RaceGLIDES OR
ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO
THE BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY RACE GLIDE
PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
